Hello, my name is Kim. I
live in Lakeland Florida. I just wanted to let you ladies out there
know my red carpet service I received at Paris Salon. I am sales rep
so my hair looking good is very important to me. I watch ABC Action
News, Wendy Ryan. I fell in love with her hair style and color its
just absolute gorgeous just as her self. So my mission was to get
that exact color and style. well to make a long story short it just
wasn't happening tried several stylist for a year, it was a
disaster.
I emailed miss Wendy and she was very sweet to give me the name of
Manal at Paris. I made the appointment for a Saturday., Well ladies,
I walked thru the door and wow such professional very sweet, kind,
hearted TRUE customer service from the gentlemen at the front desk.
It was awesome. I was very early . The sweet gentlemen asked if I
would like something to drink showed me to the very comfortable
chairs in the waiting room and explained the sales they were having
on some of there products and explained the points you get when
buying theie products. I asked if anybody could do a polish change
on my toes, “Well of course miss let me check and I will be right
back with you.” He came back and said yes it will be about 10
minutes so I waited in this very comfortable chair and drank my cold
crisp fresh puree water in a very nice wine glass. I received very
good service from Heather on my toes. Once it was time for my hair
apptointment, I sat in the chair with miss Manal and ladies it was
SOOO AWESOME she went through my hair like a fine tooth comb and
asked questions about products I use, which is Moroccan oil
products, blow drying etc. . I told her I wanted my hair exactly
like miss Wendy, so she looked at my natural color and said yes I
can do this and I think it will look good on you, you have some what
same shape as Wendy in the face. I thought her professionalism was
awesome she really took the time
with me. I was not treated like just another customer, she wanted to
make sure I am getting the best style for my face. I felt like a
movie star on the red carpet. Ladies this is no lie, this salon is
awesome and it is gorgeous inside, very Paris looking. Miss Heather
gave me the grand tour after she did my nails.
Miss Manal, I think you should open a beauty school and teach ladies
out there that want to be in this business the true way to be a
professional.
You are a very classy professional very sweet lady such as all of
your staff. I thought my service was great and would give Paris 10
stars!
The best thing is I finally love my hair. I look forward to being a
lifetime customer . Thank you for the awesome service.
